Privacy policy
This policy explains how Triunfo Capital 2026, S.L. processes the personal data you provide through the contact form on this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process
Only what you enter in the form: name, email address, company, subject and the content of your message. We do not collect special categories of data and we do not carry out profiling.
3. Purpose of the processing
To respond to your enquiry, to maintain the correspondence arising from it and, where relevant, to assess a possible company acquisition. We do not use your data to send you marketing communications unrelated to that conversation.
4. Lawful basis
The consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the acceptance box before sending the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
5. Retention period
We will keep your data for as long as the conversation lasts and for a maximum of two years from the last contact. After that period it will be deleted, unless a legal obligation requires us to retain it.
6. Recipients
We do not transfer or sell your data to third parties. The form is processed through Formspree, Inc., a provider acting as data processor, which hosts the information on servers located outside the European Economic Area. That international transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Messages are also received in the Triunfo Capital 2026, S.L. mailboxes, whose provider likewise acts as a data processor.
7. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to fernando.reche@triunfocapital.es, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.
8. Supervisory authority
If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es).
9. Security and confidentiality
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Any information about your company that you send us is treated in strict confidence and is not shared with third parties without your express authorisation.
